Customers returning within Australia

For exchanges and store credits, we cover the costs of return freight. You will be provided with a returns label once you have processed your return request.

Return shipping is at the cost of the customer (at a heavily subsidised price) if you select a refund. The cost of return freight will be deducted automatically from your refund amount once your return request is processed.

Customers returning from the Rest of the World

We currently do not provide prepaid return labels for orders purchased outside of Australia. This unfortunately is a non-negotiable policy. 

You will need to purchase a return label from your local courier as international returns are not covered by Black Sheep Cycling. If you have incurred a 'Shipping & Handling Fee' (marked under Other on your return request), please reach out to [email protected] so this fee can be waived. 

Orders placed during a sale period or marked as 'final sale' are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. A prepaid returns label is not provided for orders placed during a sale period.
