We get it, you forgot to unclip your cleats... it happens to the best of us, just hope nobody saw you!

Please email our Customer Experience team at [email protected] with the subject line [FULL NAME][ORDER NUMBER] Crash Replacement and include the following information in your email:

• Full name
• Proof of purchase (order number, order confirmation and/or receipt)
• Photos of the damaged garment/s
• Detailed description of the crash and damage to your garment/s

Our Crash Replacement policy covers garments purchased directly from our online store blacksheep.cc, within the last year. Proof of purchase is required in order to proceed with a crash replacement claim. The age of your kit will be taken into consideration as fair wear and tear is not covered under this policy. 

The Crash Replacement discount will only be applied to a full price replacement of the exact garment/s that have been damaged (or similar where the size/style is not available).
