Imports into any country will usually incur duties. Duty fees are a governmental decision and the amount charged will depend on the country into which the shipment is being imported. Black Sheep Cycling does not receive any customs, duty or taxes fees as these are separate and in addition to your invoice charges.

We are legally required to provide the true value of the garment/s purchased, before any discount is applied, along with a commercial invoice for customs reasons.

Black Sheep Cycling takes no responsibility for individual duties or local taxes. If in doubt, check with your local customs office for tax rates and import fees. Black Sheep Cycling is unable to advise or have any control over customs, duty or tax charges. 

Please understand when a customer confirms an order placed on blacksheepcycling.cc they accept full responsibility for any Customs Charges incurred and are considered to be importing goods into that country. Black Sheep Cycling take no responsibility for this part of the process and reminds all customers of their legal duty as the importer to all taxes, duties and charges from their local Government. If the order is returned to sender, Black Sheep reserves the right to charge a restocking and administration fee.
