EU Right of Withdrawal (Cooling Period)Updated 15 hours ago
What it is
The EU right of withdrawal is a consumer protection right established under Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU. It applies to online and other distance purchases made by consumers in the European Union and EFTA countries, including Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein.
Under this regulation, consumers have the right to cancel their purchase and return eligible goods within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without needing to provide a reason.
How to Action
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the withdrawal form (Annex I(B) to Directive 2011/83/EU), available here, and email it to [email protected], including your order number.
Customers returning products from eligible EU and EFTA countries are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is found to be faulty or defective. Upon receipt of the returned goods, a full refund will be issued for the returned garments, including the original outbound shipping charges.
