Please ensure you have all the information necessary (full name, order number, enquiry, any pictures to support your enquiry, etc.) in your initial email so we can assist as seamlessly as possible! 

You should hear from us within 24 hours (allow up to 48 hours during busy times such as sale periods or the holidays). To ensure you don’t lose your place in the queue, please refrain from sending follow-up emails or the same enquiry via other channels (chat, messenger, instagaram direct messages, etc.) as this will reset your enquiry ticket to the back of the line.

Our Customer Experience team needs to sleep too... we're not robots! Our business hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM AEST and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM AEST.
