To initiate a return request, please visit the link below and follow the simple process.
Please note that all returned items must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged. To ensure the safety of your gear, please package it carefully.
Ensure you use the return label provided to you at the end of your return process. Make sure to clearly write your order number and email address on the forms and on the package itself so we can easily identify it when it arrive. This makes for a swift and automated return process!
If you are returning your order outside of Australia, you will need to purchase a returns label from your local courier as international returns are not covered by Black Sheep Cycling at this time. We cannot process the request until we have a tracking number for your return, so please send the tracking number via email once you have dropped the garments at the post office.
Orders purchased during a sale period or marked as 'final sale' are only eligible to be returned for an exchange or store credit.
