Order Fulfilment

Your order is not finalised until you have successfully processed payment and received a confirmation email with the order number. Garments are not reserved whilst in your cart and cannot be reserved or put aside for you. 

Exchanges

If you have processed a return request for an exchange, the order will not be allocated and dispatched until the return has been processed. We can only process your return request once the courier has scanned your pre-paid return label or we have received tracking information. 

Backorders 

If you’ve placed an order for a product that has sold out or has been backordered, our Customer Experience team will contact you as soon as possible to ensure an alternative garment can be arranged, provide you with a store credit or refund the garment.
