All pricing includes design consultation, custom artwork and freight. For more information about pricing, please contact our INK Specialists at [email protected]. Exceeding the included design allocations will attract a design fee for further design iterations. We do not offer any further discounts on our INK custom garments.

Once your design has been approved and confirmed by you and our designers, it will be sent to our warehouse to begin production. From this point, you can expect your INK Full Custom order to be ready within 8-9 weeks. If you are enquiring about custom apparel for a specific event or date, please ensure you note this in your initial email! 

Custom-made apparel supplied in accordance with the approved design, ordered size and volume is not subject to exchange or refund. In the unlikely event of order volume discrepancies or faults, a claim must be notified in writing via email to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

INK by Black Sheep Cycling is shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in China. Please understand when a customer confirms an order they accept full responsibility for any Customs Charges incurred and are considered to be importing goods into that country.

INK by Black Sheep Cycling take no responsibility for this part of the process and reminds all customers of their legal duty as the importer to all taxes, duties and charges from their local Government.
