Return Policy


This return policy applies to Black Sheep Cycling products purchased from blacksheepcycling.cc or through our head office store. Within the applicable return periods outlined below, proof of purchase must be presented when returning an item.


  • Full-priced items may be returned up to 30 days after purchase for a refund, exchange or store credit.
  • Sale items may be returned for an exchange or store credit only and final sale items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Returns must be unworn and undamaged — a quick try-on is all good, your local loop and a weekend crit - not so good. All original tags, packaging and good vibes must be included. 

We currently do not provide prepaid return labels for orders purchased outside of Australia. This unfortunately is a non-negotiable policy. A prepaid returns label is not provided for orders placed during a sale period.


Black Sheep Cycling does reserve the right to refuse the return request for returned items, which are not in their original condition or are damaged or lost in transit. So remember to package the item securely, we recommend reusing the same bag it came in and ensuring original transit labels are removed or hidden. Better for the environment. Better for you. Purchasing insurance with your parcel carrier is also always a good idea. All gift cards are non-refundable. 


Free Return Shipping - Australia only


For exchanges and store credits, we cover the costs of return freight if you are located in Australia. You will be provided with a returns label once you have processed your return request. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer (at a heavily subsidised price) if you select a refund. The cost of return freight will be deducted automatically from your refund amount once your return request is processed.

Black Sheep Cycling only accepts returns for purchases made from the blacksheepcycling.cc. If you have purchased through an Authorised Dealer, you will need to process the return directly through them.


Received a Faulty Garment


If you believe the garment you have received is faulty, you must reach out to our Customer Experience team at [email protected] as soon as you receive the order and we will be able to assist you. Please include photos of the garment, a description of the issue you are experiencing and the order number for the purchase of the garment. 

We cannot deem a garment as faulty if it has been returned without prior communication of the issue you are experiencing. Black Sheep Cycling does reserve the right to refuse the return request for returned items, which are not in their original condition outlined above, are damaged or lost in transit.
