As long as you've used the return label provided, your return request will be processed within 7 days of your returned garment/s being received by our warehouse team. If you are returning from outside Australia, your return request needs to be manually processed. In order for our team to do this, you must provide the tracking number for the return shipment via email.

For an Instant Exchange, select this option during the exchange process and your exchange order will be sent out immediately. 

Orders purchased during a sale period or marked as 'final sale' are only eligible for an exchange or store credit.
