Where is my order shipped from?

All orders placed on the Black Sheep online store are dispatched from our warehouse in New South Wales, Australia.

Tracking your Order

To track your order, please follow this link. You'll be prompted to enter the email address used to process the order.

As soon as your order has been dispatched by our warehouse team, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the order to be received and scanned in by the courier for shipping information to be updated. For orders placed after 14:00 (AEST), on weekends or on public holidays delivery will be delayed until the next business day. 

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders delivered within Australia will be dispatched via AusPost Express services and will arrive within 1-2 business days from the time of dispatch. Orders delivered internationally will be dispatched via DHL Express or FedEx, and will typically arrive within 3-5 business days from dispatch. 

We typically dispatch within 24 hours. Please note the approximate transit times to your region. These are subject to changes by individual shipping couriers and are outside of Black Sheep's control. Our couriers do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
