Cancelling and Modifying Order

After placing your order, our warehouse team begin processing it for dispatch right away. Consequently, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order. 

If you've entered the incorrect shipping address, please contact our Customer Experience team as soon as possible at [email protected] so we can try and amend these issues before the order has been dispatched. 

Combining Orders

As orders are processed through to the warehouse immediately, and packing begins in a chronological order, we cannot combine orders under any circumstances.
