Please keep in mind that free shipping is only available during non-sale periods. Shipping charges are automatically applied at checkout.
Discount and promotional codes cannot be used during sale periods as no further discounts are applicable during this time. All promotional offers offered are subject to conditions as stated. The prices are applicable only at the moment of purchase.
Your order will be dispatched with Express Shipping, however this does not include the warehouse processing times. Rest assured that your order will still be dispatched on an express service once it is ready to go.
After placing your order, our warehouse team begin processing it for dispatch right away. Consequently, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order.
We will promptly issue a refund for any such out-of-stock items as soon as we become aware of the situation. You will receive an email notification regarding the refund.
We are unable to retrospectively apply the sale discounts to orders purchased outside the sale period.
