Warranty PolicyUpdated 5 months ago

We have a strict quality control procedure to ensure that all garments meet not only ours but also your expectations.

If you believe the garment you have received is faulty, you must reach out to our Customer Experience team at [email protected] as soon as you receive the order and we will be able to assist you. Please include photos of the garment, a description of the issue you are experiencing and the order number for the purchase of the garment.

Please note, we have a 90-day warranty policy from the date of purchase. Our Warranty Policy does not cover wear and tear. For approved claims, resolutions include store credit, exchange or refund where appropriate.

We cannot deem a garment as faulty if it has been returned without prior communication of the issue you are experiencing. Black Sheep Cycling does reserve the right to refuse the return request for returned items, which are not in their original condition outlined in our Return Policy, are damaged or lost in transit.

We will do our best to get you back out on the bike in Black Sheep kit!

We do not currently offer a warranty policy for orders placed through our Authorised Dealers, it is best to get in contact with them directly in regard to their independent warranty policy.

At Black Sheep, we make every effort to ensure that digital renderings accurately represent the final product. However, it's important to note that the perception of colors can be influenced by various factors, including monitor settings, lighting conditions, and the inherent differences between digital representations and fabric prints.

Therefore, slight variations in color may occur between the digital render and the actual fabric print. We appreciate your understanding of these potential differences and are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet and exceed your expectations.

If you have any specific colour concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Experience team.
