Order Fulfilment & Backorders
Your order is not finalised until you have successfully processed payment and received a confirmation email with the order number. Garments are not reserved whilst in your cart and cannot be reserved or put aside for you.
Amending your Order
After placing your order, our warehouse team begin processing it for dispatch right away. Consequently, in some cases, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order.
Discount & Promotional Codes
Discount codes and promotional items must be entered and added to the order prior to processing the payment of your order, either in your cart or during the checkout phase.
Gift Cards
