We offer a 30 day returns policy. We provide prepaid returns labels to customers within AU, refunds do incur shipping and handling fees.

Returns & Exchanges
Initiate a Return Request
Please note that all returned items must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged.
Cost of Return Freight
For exchanges and store credits, we cover the costs of return freight inside of AU! You will be provided with a returns label once you have processed your return. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer if returning for a refund.
Instant Exchange
Black Sheep customers who choose to get an Instant Exchange have their exchange order created immediately. Black Sheep places a hold on your credit card for $1 and as soon as the product is in transit back to us, we'll remove the hold. Simple!
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable in all and any circumstances. Gift cards do not have an expiry date and can be used over multiple purchases.
Sale Periods
Orders placed during a sale period or marked as 'final sale' are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please choose wisely as no exceptions will be made unless you have received a garment with an unlikely fault.

Kindly be advised that Black Sheep Cycling assumes no liability for any products returned to our warehouse that originate from different companies.
